When I purchase gold while in play it won’t let me y use it after purchase

Ive been playing this game since 2013 so its a great game to play however there’s no mini games included where u can earn boosters or goal. They have the treasure chest for boosters but thats it. It’s really becoming boring. Have your designers to spice it up some. There’s more and more glitches happening now too.

I’ve had issues off and on of games freezing, and it’s always when I’ve used boosters. There is no recourse to recover them. I like the game, but this is annoying.

One of the most fun games I have, but we want hearts more and it's very interesting

Playing this game for years. Made many purchases over the years when I got stuck. Game was fine this morning. This afternoon it started over at level one. Contact us button had a virtual assistant asking the same questions over again. I can’t stand texting robots. I’ll probably play again but will never spend another dime to purchase What a disaster

I’ve been playing this game maybe 5 years or so and it never gets boring! Lots of challenges and advancement. Best of all - not one ad!

Thanks to your worthless freakin update, you erased all of the progress I’ve made playing this game for years. Yay for level 1 again….delete. If you play this game, don’t update it bc they clearly don’t know what they are doing

Loving the update! Love how I can watch very short ads in order to get helps and as many as I want! WAIT ONE SECOND! I just sent a complimentary review BUT when I opened it just now I’m at level1!!! I was on a level over 4000!!!! What happened??

I’m starting over at no. 1…. This update lost my spot, credits, all the extra! I’ve been playing for years!

I’ve played this game for years and suddenly I’m back at level one with this new update. Way to go.

Has gotten stupid! Takes too long to process a level . Locks between lives.

Disappointing. After years of enjoying this game they suddenly put ads on it!!! Is there no game that has no ads anymore? I’ve deleted ALL King games because the ads are super annoying!!!!

Hello I just updated & lost about 5 years of progress!!!

I understand adding advertisement to generate more money to keep an excellent game going. I like that you don’t have to watch ads unless you want to. However, ads like”Shapermint” have figured out how to keep me from turning sound off and at least before I could click info buttons at bottom of screen to say ad is not functional because I can not turn off sound. And it keeps going to Shapermint webpage when I try to click the info button. This only pisses me off. I would say to anyone reading- don’t buy Shapermint- it’s bull. They look like cheap bras and I’m sick of seeing their ads. Thanks for the fantastic game!

Used to be a great game! But now that there is no way to win anything except for purchases, it’s too hard to care about!

This was my favorite game to play and have played it for years. At one time I was competing for the top spot with 2 other people for the highest levels completed. I did an update and lost everything. I was aggravated and deleted the app for awhile. Decided to come back and replay because I missed it. Won my way all the way back to the top 5 players. Did an update…..back at level 1 now. I am done. Not going for a round three. Could have been a 5 but now you are one star.

I was at level 1500 and the game reset me back to level 1 when I reopened the app. So frustrating. Won’t be playing anymore. Enjoyed the game for a few years but if this is how they’re going to build it, then never-mind. I also don’t connect these apps to Facebook for data privacy reasons, which is apparently the way to prevent the resets, so guess it’s time to be done.

Why is it, every time I go to purchase additional coins (ie:for a joker or to continue game), then, after I make payment, it doesn’t allow me to continue and I have to exit the game?!? Do better!!

I’ve been playing this game for years and years. The cost of the gold bars are ridiculous and the rewards for getting the key etc… 1 spin??? Seriously? I personally would spend more money if upgraded this . 😊

Love this game but rewards are kind of stingy. When you earn treasury cards, the good ones are very scarce! Give more wild cards please!

Level 2620 wint let me finish even with extra coins, and other aids. I have tried and tried for a while now. I get within a few cards left in the level, with as many as 13 cards left to play, and the game stops me.

So I have played this game for years. This is my go to game and one game I’m ok with spending the 2.99 regularly for the extra coins. It’s fun never gets old, and with the extra lives you get from other ppl I can play all day and get lost in the game. The only thing that I don’t like is I’m on level 9411 and for the last few months I’ve had to wait a week for the next level to drop for me it’s a Tues morning. I used to go back and play the old levels and win the level with using the other 2 boosters but I have to scroll so far back that it takes me a long time to get back to the last old one I was playing. I know you guys work diligently to get that new level out and I know I probably work fast on the level bcz it is my favorite game and I have even not bought extra coins to make it less likely to win so quickly. Please drop some more games all at once or a couple times a week.

I like the game. However I keep getting the credit karma ad over and over. It always bumps me to their website site. I will NEVER USE THERE PRODUCT because of this please remove the ad. It is extremely frustrating and annoying

It used to be nice to receive and send lives to players. It felt like you were interacting with people. I would send out lives if I ever reached the top of a level’s scoreboard. Now the developers (for a money grab I have a feeling) took that option away. I felt less of a desire to play and deleted my game. I have tried downloading it again, but it has still vanished. I deleted it again. If there is an update, I will download it one more time to check. I hope it is back soon.

Lost all my everything that I had been saving for a year. I had forty of the good ones that get rid of all blocks. Never playing again.

New update. Lost all my progress and I’ve played this game for years. Yes I always saved my progress! Not cool.

Game crashes and you lose your lives your place on the map and your bonuses. It would b excellent if they could fix that

I have been playing this game for years and love it but lately like if you just need a joker so u would purchase and then would not to be able to use it because it would give you the bars but it won’t let use them. Please fix it or refund me. I have already addressed this with no response. It has done this with bar purchases too more than several times. So frustrating.

This game has gone completely downhill. It used to be my favorite but there are so many glitches. You can no longer send/receive lives, when you buy gold bars to keep a game alive it lets you buy them, but then doesn’t let you use them.

I left facebook permanently a few months ago, last week my iPad broke. Since getting a new iPad I’ve lost everything I had in this game. They have me starting from the beginning again. They say they can help but they don’t When you get a new device, they tell you to first backup the game on the old device to be able to access it from new device. My old device broke, I couldn’t backup the game. So now I lose over 10 years worth of accomplishments? Ridiculous After this experience, I’d tell all users to find a game that actually cares about you. Other games I have, I just needed to create a new sign in and I got all my accomplishments back, this game, I lost everything! I don’t recommend this game to anyone

It will not let me request lives or send them. You need to fix it.

I would give zero stars if able. I’ve played this game since it first came out but recently the developers have done everything possible to force players to spend unnecessary money on the game. Of most significance is removing the ability to send and receive lives or to supposedly reset the game to “fix” things players lose all advantages they had earned and nothing is fixed or gained but the developers positioning themselves to earn more money. Don’t bother with this game until common decency returns.

I was having issues with the game , they got right back to me and resolved the issue and actually gave me some boosters just to be nice ! They’re awesome 😁

Why have they disabled sending and receiving lives? Because they want you to buy them. Thats bad enough but now, just today, my team won the tournament but were only rewarded with one spin for prizes instead of the usual three. Why did they change it? They want you to buy the prizes. As soon and I paid real money for the gold bars to get some lives, the receiving and sending button was greyed out. They think the sucked me in but they haven’t. I purchased the gold bars a couple times but no more. Despicable but believable. It’s all about the money. Come on, no giving or receiving lives, prizes reduced to just one and the levels getting very hard, almost impossible to beat without a booster. Since I can’t get boosters or lives without paying real money for them, I’m done with this game. Time to move on to something else.

Anytime I can salvage the win and opt to buy my bank it blocks me from using my coins to buy need item and closes out the game resulting in a loss. NOT HAPPY AT IT. It has done this several times so I loose the rewards! Has cheated me out of SO MANY REWARDS. Done spending money on game…..

I’ve been playing this game for years and, at one point, I would have given it 5 stars, but I’m very disappointed and frustrated with the recent changes. Never mind that all of my gifts (extra lives) have been taken away, this game is a lot less fun now that I’m not able to see my standing, in comparison with other players, when I beat a level. That was part of the fun for me! Hopefully, this is something that will be rectified.
